Missy Balsam is a full-time yoga teacher living in Naples, FL. Missy graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Psychology, then worked as a sales and marketing executive for many years before leaving the corporate world behind to follow her heart. Since 2007, Missy has found her true path sharing her love and passion for yoga with others. Missy’s teaching style is one of empowerment, inspiration, and joy, encouraging students of all levels to keep growing and evolving, removing the blocks to discovering the happiness that is already inside of all of us.

January 29th – Kirtan with Missy Balsam – experience the energizing joy and healing sounds of Kirtan. You are invited to participate through call and respond chanting, dancing, meditation or simply relaxing and absorbing the music. Every last Tuesdays of the month from 7:15 to 8:30 PM $12 per person.
