Our Multimedia Art Studio (i.e. art, music, dance, theater, drama, yoga, writing, poetry, photography and more...) complements the current school-district curriculum for children, while enabling participants to express themselves artistically. Our eclectic and well-rounded team is comprised of experts in the plastic arts, science, music, writing, poetry and drama, to name a few.
Our mission is to foster a global perspective to promote a more peaceful, creative and conscientious world by educating and connecting members of the Southwest Florida community. We are different from traditional studios because we integrate multimedia art and individual well being as a part of the connection to the health of our global community.
We hold regular lectures by health experts such as pediatricians, psychologists, nutritionists, etc... who address important health issues. Other lectures delivered by experts in the arts and child development will address the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of parenting.
Projects include partnerships with: New Life Children’s Home which operates a service enriched shelter for homeless children in Port Au Prince Haiti; Acajatuba Village in the Brazilian Amazon which operates a micro-enterprise project for sustainable eco-tourism; and Torgome Village in Ghana which offers a cultural immersion program for volunteers in their educational programs.
